The store's ad features a beautiful bride dressed in an incredible dress made entirely from things available at the store, for 99 cents! Kathy Jacobs created this amazing gown masterpiece above using t-shirts, embroidered table runners and silk flowers. Brilliant! Economically friendly and fabulous...what's not to love? I don't recommend this project unless you have a particularly stylish and savvy DIY friend to call on but I DO recommend finding your own clever ways to save BIG! Go ahead visit your local $1 store, I won't judge you.
